Land Taken for Street and Housing Purposes in the Borough of Winton

BERNARD FERGUSSON, Governor-General

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby taken for street, and the land described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby taken for housing purposes, and shall vest in the Chairman, Councillors, and Citizens of the Borough of Winton, as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 21st day of November 1966.


FIRST SCHEDULE

SOUTHLAND LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 3 roods 33·6 perches situated in Block VI, Winton Hundred, being part Section 5.


SECOND SCHEDULE

SOUTHLAND LAND DISTRICT

ALL those pieces of land situated in Block VI, Winton Hundred, described as follows:

2 0 35·8] Part Section 5.
0 1 39·6]

As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 20689 (S.O. 7434) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured orange.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 29th day of September 1966.

Land Taken for the Development of Water Power (Mangere Substation) in the City of Manukau

BERNARD FERGUSSON, Governor-General

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the development of water power (Mangere Substation); and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 21st day of November 1966.


SCHEDULE

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 3 acres and 35·5 perches situated in Block VI, Otahuhu Survey District, City of Manukau, North Auckland R.D., and being part of Lot 19, on

Deeds Plan Whau 36. All certificate of title, No. 5c/308 (limited as to parcels), North Auckland Land Registry.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 16th day of September 1966.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the development of water power (Tongariro Power Scheme).

ALL those pieces of land situated in Block X, Puketi Survey District, Wellington R.D., described as follows:

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for drainage purposes, and shall vest in the Marlborough Catchment Board, as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 21st day of November 1966.

MARLBOROUGH LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 4·6 perches situated in Block XVI, Cloudy Bay Survey District, Borough of Blenheim, Marlborough R.D., and being part Section 5, Omaka
