Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby directs the sale of the land described in the Schedule hereto, the land being no longer required for the purpose for which it was acquired.

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, and with the consent of the licensee, hereby revokes the Order in Council dated the 10th day of July 1957 and published in the Gazette on the 18th day of July 1957 at page 1322, authorising Alexander Edgar Allan of Rata Peaks, Peel Forest, farmer, to use water for the purpose of generating electricity.

Pursuant to section 439 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby sets apart the Maori freehold land described as Paetere Block X as a Maori reservation, for the purpose of a recreation reserve for the common use and benefit of the Maoris in the general area of Mourea and Tikitere Station.
