Classification of Roads in Kairanga County
Pursuant to regulation 3 of the Heavy Motor Vehicle Regulations 1955*, the Commissioner of Transport hereby revokes so much of the Warrant dated the 18th day of January 1951† as relates to the classification of roads in Kairanga County described in the Schedule hereto and hereby approves the Kairanga County Council’s proposed classification of the said roads as set out in the said Schedule.

KARERE ROAD (from No. 56 State Highway (Palmerston North - Himatangi) to the Manawatu River).
Bunnythorpe-Feilding Road (from the Taonui Railway Crossing to No. 54 State Highway (Mangaweka - Palmerston North via Kimbolton) (Camerons Line)).

Classification of Roads in Levels County
Pursuant to regulation 3 of the Heavy Motor Vehicle Regulations 1955*, the Commissioner of Transport hereby revokes the Warrants dated the 28th day of February 1951†, the 1st day of August 1963‡, and the 24th day of April 1964§ which relate to the classification of roads in Levels County, described in the Schedule hereto, and hereby approves the Levels County Council’s proposed classification of the said roads as set out in the Schedule.

ALL roads under the control of Levels County Council with the exception of Rockwood Road.
Road Classified in Class Two
Rockwood Road.

Bylaw Prohibiting Passenger-service Vehicles on the Summit of Arthurs Pass to Barrack Creek (Near Otira) Section of the No. 73 State Highway (Christchurch–Kumara)
Pursuant to the Transport Act 1962, the National Roads Act 1953, and to all other powers and authorities in anywise enabling it, the National Roads Board hereby makes the following bylaw.
BYLAW

This bylaw may be cited as the National Roads Board Bylaw 1966/2.

This bylaw shall come into force on the day of its publication in the Gazette.
-
This bylaw shall apply to the Summit of Arthurs Pass to Barrack Creek (near Otira) Section of the No. 73 State Highway (Christchurch–Kumara).

No person shall drive, or take, or operate, or permit to be driven, or taken, or operated on the aforesaid section of state highway any passenger-service vehicle, the maker’s gross weight of which exceeds 2½ tons.

Every person who commits an offence against this bylaw is liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding £20.
This bylaw was made by resolution duly passed at a meeting of the National Roads Board, held in Wellington on the 19th day of October 1966.

Unclaimed Moneys—Notice under Section 30 of the Maori Trustee Act 1953
Pursuant to section 30 of the Maori Trustee Act 1953, the Maori Trustee hereby gives notice that lists of unclaimed moneys, derived from all Maori Land Court Districts, and held by him, have been filed at the offices of the Registrars of the Maori Land Court at Whangarei, Auckland, Hamilton, Rotorua, Gisborne, Wanganui, Palmerston North, and Christchurch, and at all sub-offices of the Department of Maori Affairs, where the same may be inspected during office hours without payment of a fee.

Describing the Boundaries of the Wellington Abattoir and Specifying the Wellington City Corporation as the Controlling Authority of the Wellington Abattoir (Notice No. Ag. 10,000)
Pursuant to section 15 (4) of the Meat Act 1964, and to a delegation from the Minister of Agriculture for the purpose of the said section, notice is hereby given as follows:

The Wellington Abattoir District shall henceforth comprise all that area for the time being comprised in the Cities of Wellington, Lower Hutt, Porirua, and Upper Hutt; the Boroughs of Eastbourne and Tawa; and the ridings of Wainuiomata, Epuni, Heretaunga, Mangaroa, Makara, Horokiri, and Taupo in the County of Hutt.

The Wellington City Corporation shall continue to be the Controlling Authority of the Wellington Abattoir.
