Revocation of the Reservation Over a Reserve
Pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister
of Lands hereby revokes the reservation as a reserve for
recreation purposes over the land described in the Schedule
hereto; and, further, declares that the said land shall vest
in the Christchurch City Council, in fee simple, provided
that a sum equal to the current market value of the said
land is paid by the Council into its reserves account, such
moneys to be used and applied in or towards the improvement
of other public reserves under the control of the
Council, or in or towards the purchase of other land for
public reserves.

Reservation of Land and Declaration That Land Form Part
of the Taneatua Domain
Pursuant to the Land Act 1948, the Minister of Lands hereby
sets apart the land described in the Schedule hereto as a
reserve for recreation purposes; and, further, pursuant to the
Reserves and Domains Act 1953, declares the said reserve
to be a public domain, subject to the provisions of Part III
of the last-mentioned Act, to form part of the Taneatua
Domain, to be administered as a public domain by the
Domain Board.

Council
