Appointment of Customs Wharves in New Zealand

PURSUANT to section 19 of the Customs Act 1913 and to powers delegated to him by the Minister of Customs under section 11 of that Act, the Assistant Comptroller of Customs hereby appoints the places described in the First Schedule hereto to be wharves for the lading and unlading of goods, and hereby revokes the places described in the Second Schedule hereto as wharves for the purposes of the Act.
