CORRIGENDUM

In the Second Schedule of the Hauraki Development Scheme Amending Notice 1966, No. 4, releasing land from the provisions of Part XXIV of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, and published in the Gazette, 30 June 1966, No. 39, p. 1035, for “Uriwha Reserve E, Block XII, Ohinemuri Survey District”, read “Uriwha Reserve E, Block XIII, Ohinemuri Survey District.”

Varying a Proclamation Declaring Crown Land or State Housing Land to be Set Apart for the Purposes of the Maori Housing Act 1935

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 2 of the Maori Housing Act 1938, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby vary a Proclamation dated the 7th day of December 1962, and published in Gazette of the 19th day of December 1962, Volume III, number 81, page 2255, by excluding therefrom the land described in the First Schedule hereto and substituting the lands described in the Second Schedule hereto.

0 0 24·29 More or less Town of Porirua Extension No. 49, subdivision part Section 107, Porirua District, and part Section 23, Takapu District, Block II, Belmont Survey District, and also Lot 20, D.P. 21330. 0 0 0·9 Situate in the City of Porirua, being part Section 107, Porirua District, and being also Lot 1 on D.P. 26947, and being all the land in certificate of title, Volume D4/948, subject to section 59 of the Land Act 1948.

Declaring Land Used as a Roadway in Blocks V and IX, Puketi Survey District, Taupo County, to be Road

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 422 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto and used as a roadway, to be road.

SCHEDULE

WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 4 acres 3 roods 39 perches situated in Blocks V and IX, Puketi Survey District, Wellington R.D., being part Waihi Kahakaharoa No. 9; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 20600 (M.L. 5109) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 22nd day of August 1966.

Authorising Takapuna City Council to Reclaim Endowment Foreshore in the Wairau Estuary

ORDER IN COUNCIL

At the Government House at Wellington this 5th day of October 1966

Present:

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL

PURSUANT to section 175 of the Harbours Act 1950, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the consent of the Executive Council, hereby authorises the Takapuna City Council to reclaim for roading and recreational purposes, from the Wairau Estuary, an area of 1 acre 1 rood 3 perches, as shown cross-hatched in red on plan marked M.D. 12336, deposited in the office of the Marine Department at Wellington.
