EVIDENCE of the loss of lease No. 509934, affecting part of
the land in certificate of title, Volume 458, folio 217 (Canter-
bury Registry), for 1 rood, or thereabouts, situated in the
City of Timaru, being Town Section 276, in the name of
Henry Alexander Schlonbach, of Timaru, pensioner (now
deceased), having been lodged with me, together with an
application (No. 693579) to register a transmission of the
lease and a surrender of the same without production of the
outstanding copy, notice is hereby given of my intention to
register such transmission and surrender upon the expiration
of 14 days from the date of the Gazette containing this notice.
