PURSUANT to section 330 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, the Board of Maori Affairs hereby gives notice as follows.

NOTICE

  1. This notice may be cited as the Te Awaroa B B1, B4 Section 5B 2, B4 Section 6, B4 Section 7A, B4 Section 7B 2, and B4 Section 7B 3 Notice 1966.

  2. The land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby declared to be subject to Part XXIV of the Maori Affairs Act 1953.

Electrical Wiring Regulations 1961

PURSUANT to the provisions of regulation 18 (2) of the Electrical Wiring Regulations 1961, the following specification is declared to be suitable for the purposes of these regulations:

A.S. C158-1965 Ap.—Heat-resisting fibrous-insulated cables and flexible cords. (Declared suitable, subject to core identification of twin and multi-core cables and flexible cords complying with the requirements of regulation 61 of the Electrical Wiring Regulations 1961.)
