Reservation of Land and Vesting in the Wairoa County Council
Pursuant to the Land Act 1948, the Minister of Lands hereby sets apart the land described in the Schedule hereto as a reserve for drainage purposes; and, further, pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, vests the said reserve in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Wairoa, in trust, for that purpose.

SECTIONS 26 and 27, Block III, Waiau Survey District: Area, 1 rood 22·8 perches, more or less (S.O. 5574).

Land Held for a Maori School and Portion of a Public Domain Set Apart for Road in Block VI, Rotoiti Survey District
Pursuant to section 25 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works hereby declares the land firstly described in the Schedule hereto to be now held for a Maori school, and the portion of a public domain secondly described in the Schedule hereto to be set apart for road from and after the 3rd day of October 1966.

Declaring Area for the Operation of Motor Launches
Pursuant to the Motor Launch Regulations 1962, the Minister of Marine hereby declares that
(a) For the period July to March inclusive of each year the area of water described in the First Schedule hereto, and
(b) For the months of April, May, and June inclusive of each year the area of water described in the Second Schedule hereto
shall not be subject to the provisions of regulations 11 (b) and (c) of the Motor Launch Regulations 1962.
FIRST SCHEDULE
ALL that part of the Waimakariri River between Woodstock and the Poulter River.
SECOND SCHEDULE
ALL that part of the Waimakariri River between Woodstock and the Esk River.

Revoking Foreshore Licence for Wharf and Shed, Held by the Waikato County Council, at Kopuku Landing, Whangamarino Stream
Pursuant to the Harbours Act 1950, the Minister of Marine hereby gives notice that the licence, granted on 23 June 1958*, to the Waikato County Council to use and occupy a part of the foreshore of the Whangamarino Stream, at Kopuku Landing, as a site for a wharf and shed, as shown on plan M.D. 4589, is revoked.
