Pursuant to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works hereby declares that, sufficient agreements to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road, and the land described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the use, convenience, or enjoyment of a road, from and after the 26th day of September 1966.

And whereas, by reason of an amalgamation of titles, the land is now known by the description shown in the Third Schedule hereto, and it is considered necessary to have the notices described in the First Schedule hereto revoked:

Now, therefore, pursuant to section 330 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, the Board of Maori Affairs hereby gives notice as follows:
