Declaration that Part of the Riverton Domain Shall Be Recreation Reserve, Subject to Part II of the Reserves and Domains Act 1953

PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby declares that that part of the Riverton Domain described in the Schedule hereto shall cease to be subject to the provisions of Part III of the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, and shall be deemed to be a recreation reserve, subject to Part II of the said Act.

Declaration that a Reserve be the Howells Point Domain, and Appointment of Domain Board

PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby declares the reserve for recreation described in the Schedule hereto to be a public domain, subject to the provisions of Part III of the said Act, to be known as the Howells Point Domain; and, further, appoints the Wallace County Council to be the Howells Point Domain Board, to have control of the said land.
