A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Brigadier Sir
Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New
Zealand, hereby revoke the Proclamation dated the 7th day
of February 1952 and published in the Gazette of that year
at page 200, and deposited in the Land Registry Office at
Auckland as No. 13445, in so far as it affects Lot 1, D.P.
48348 (C.T. 2A/679). Formerly part Lot 57, D.P. 177 (C.T.
30/20). Being part Allotment 5, Titirangi Parish. Situated
in Block XV Waitemata and Block III, Titirangi Survey
Districts.
Also in so far as it affects Lot 2, D.P. 48348 (C.T. 1896/2).
Formerly part Lot 57, D.P. 177 (C.T. 30/20). Being part
Allotment 5, Titirangi Parish. Situated in Block III, Titirangi
Survey District.
Both in the North Auckland Land District, City of
Auckland.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand,
this 10th day of September 1966.

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Brigadier Sir
Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New
Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described
in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road; and I also
declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after
the 19th day of September 1966.

NELSON LAND DISTRICT
ALL those pieces of land situated in the Nelson R.D, described
as follows:
Situated in Block IV, Maruia Survey District—

Being

orange on plan M.O.W. 21613 (S.O. 10570).
As the same are more particularly delineated on the plans
marked and coloured as above mentioned, and deposited in
the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington.

Amending the Constitution of the Herbert Rural Fire District

ORDER IN COUNCIL
At the Government Buildings at Wellington this 5th day
of September 1966
Present:
THE RIGHT HON. J. R. MARSHALL PRESIDING IN COUNCIL
PURSUANT to the Forest and Rural Fires Act 1955, His
Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the
advice and consent of the Executive Council, doth hereby
make the following order.
The Order in Council, dated the 1st day of November 1950,
and published in the Gazette, 9 November 1950, No. 69, page
1954, is hereby amended by omitting the Schedule to that
Order in Council and substituting the Schedule set out in the
Schedule to this Order in Council.
SCHEDULE
OTAGO LAND DISTRICT—SOUTHLAND CONSERVANCY
Herbert Rural Fire District
ALL that area in the Otago Land District, Waitaki County,
containing approximately 11,100 acres, situated in Blocks V,
VII, VIII, IX, XIII, and XIV, Otepopo Survey District, and
bounded generally as follows: Towards the north-west and
north-east by the northern side of Simms Road; towards the
north by Section 9, and the land contained in land transfer
plan 1792, Block VIII aforesaid, towards the east generally by
Sections 34, 35, and 36, Block V, aforesaid, by the southern
boundary of Herbert Township crossing a railway reserve
and the Main Highway No. 1 to the north-west corner of
Section 95, Block V, aforesaid; thence generally to the south
by the western boundaries of Sections 95, 163, 96, 97, 98, and
part Section 99, Block V, aforesaid; thence westerly crossing
the Main Highway No. 1 along a continuation of the northern
boundary of Section 45 to the North Branch of the Waiana-
karua River; thence northerly along the left bank of the North
Branch of the Waianakarua River to a point due north of the
north-western corner of Section 44, Block IX, aforesaid; thence
by a right line to the north-western corner of the aforesaid
Section 44; thence by that section, Section 14, the crossing of
the Mount Misery Road, and by Sections 17 and 42, all of
Block IX, aforesaid; towards the south-east generally by the
south branch of the Waianakarua River; towards the south
by the middle branch of the Waianakarua River to a point
due south of Trig. Station “Table Hill”; and towards the west
by a right line to the south-eastern corner of Section 2, Block
XIV, aforesaid, and by that section to and across Simms Road.
As the same is more particularly delineated on plan No.
188/19 deposited in the Head Office of the New Zealand
Forest Service at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.
