NOTICE OF PRIVATE BILL

ROYAL ANTEDILUVIAN ORDER OF BUFFALOES TRUST ACT

NOTICE is hereby given that Fred Walton, of Wanganui,
retired farmer, intends to present a petition to the House of
Representatives in Parliament assembled for leave to bring
in a Bill intitled "Royal Antediluvian Order of Buffaloes
Trust Act", the objects of which are to constitute a Trust
Board with power to acquire and hold upon trust the
property of lodges of the Royal Antediluvian Order of
Buffaloes Grand Lodge of New Zealand of the Grand Lodge
of England, and to provide for various incidental matters.
The promoter of the said Bill is the above-named
Fred Walton whose address is care of McBeth, Withers,
and Young, Solicitors, 23 Wicksteed Place, Wanganui, to
which address all communications and notices may be sent.
A copy of the Bill may be inspected at the above-mentioned
address.

AUCKLAND REGIONAL AUTHORITY

SPECIAL ORDER

THE Auckland Regional Authority, in exercise of the powers
vested in it by the Auckland Regional Authority Act 1963,
section 43, and the Auckland Metropolitan Drainage Act
1960, and in pursuance of the authority conferred upon it
under the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, and in exercise
of all other powers and authorities enabling it in that behalf,
doth hereby resolve by special resolution intended to operate
as a special order, to borrow the sum of £200,000, as a
special loan to be known as Loan No. 39, 1964 (£1,250,000)-
4th Issue, £200,000, for the purpose of meeting costs and
expenses and carrying out works incidental to the first and
second stages of the Manukau drainage scheme, and also
new works giving service to the inner area of the Auckland
metropolitan drainage district.

The foregoing special order was made by way of a special
resolution, passed at a special meeting of the Authority
held on 18 July 1966. It was publicly notified in the
Auckland Star on the 21st day of July 1966 and the 4th day
of August 1966, and confirmed at the ordinary meeting of the
Authority held on the 15th day of August 1966.

The common seal of the Auckland Regional Authority was
hereto affixed this 15th day of August 1966.

the face of the advertisement.
All advertisements should be written on one side of the
paper, and signatures, etc., should be written in a legible hand.

STATUTORY REGULATIONS

Under the Regulations Act 1936, statutory regulations of
general legislative force are no longer published in the New
Zealand Gazette, but are supplied under any one or more of
the following arrangements:

(1) All regulations serially as issued (punched for filing)
subscription £3 per calendar year in advance.
(2) Annual volume (including index) bound in buckram,
50s. per volume. (Volumes for years 1936–37 and
1939–42 are out of print.)
(3) Separate regulations as issued.
