Cancellation of the Vesting in the Kaikoura County Council

Declaration that Land is a Public Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister
of Lands hereby notifies that the following resolution was
passed by the Kaikohe Borough Council on the 2nd day of
August 1966:
"That, in exercise of the powers conferred on it by section
13 of the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Kaikohe
Borough Council hereby resolves that the piece of land held
by the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the said borough
in fee simple, and described in the Schedule hereto, shall be,
and the same is hereby declared to be, a public reserve for
recreation purposes within the meaning of the said Act."

Classification of State Highway

PURSUANT to regulation 3 of the Heavy Motor Vehicle
Regulations 1955*, the Commissioner of Transport, as
required by the National Roads Board, hereby revokes so
much of the Warrant dated the 8th day of June 1965+ as
