certain lands as are described in the Schedule to the afore-
said consent, and whereas the Board has been advised that
the said land was in fact zoned in part commercial A and
part residential, the Board hereby orders that the said
Decision shall be amended by the deletion of the words
"notwithstanding that the land is at present zoned residential
and shall remain so zoned", and the substitution thereof of
the words "notwithstanding that the land is and shall re-
main zoned in part commercial A, as is shown on the plan
annexed hereto, whilst the balance of the said land is
and shall remain zoned residential".

AUCKLAND CITY COUNCIL
TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1953
Changes to the City of Auckland District Scheme Approved
PURSUANT to the Town and Country Planning Regulations
1960, public notice is hereby given that the under-mentioned
changes to the district scheme, under the Town and Country
Planning Act 1953, for the City of Auckland, were approved
by the Council by resolution passed at its meeting held on
24 August 1966.
The Council has also resolved that the under-mentioned
changes to the district scheme shall come into operation on
31 August 1966, by which date certified correct copies of
the scheme changes, as approved, will be deposited in the
Council's office and in every public library in the district, and
may be inspected, without fee, by any person who so requires
at any time when these places are open to the public.

No. 156. Marau Crescent/Ronaki Road. Former plantation
reserve to be zoned Residential "B".
No. 158. Kepa Road (William Lange Hall site) land zoned
Commercial "B", to be rezoned Residential "B".

reserve to be zoned Residential "B".

WAIKOUAITI COUNTY COUNCIL
TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1953
Inviting Proposals for Waikouaiti County District Scheme
PUBLIC notice is hereby given that the Waikouaiti County
Council, at its meeting held on the 30th day of May 1966,
has resolved to prepare for the Waikouaiti County (which
now comprises of the former Waikouaiti County plus the
whole of the former Borough of Waikouaiti and portion of
the former Borough of West Harbour) a district scheme, as
required by the provisions of the Town and Country Plan-
ning Act 1953.
Every person concerned, and every local authority in the
district as defined by section 2 of the Act, is hereby invited
to submit full information as to the proposals (including
public works) which, in his or its opinion, should be con-
sidered in the preparation of the scheme.
Proposals, marked "Waikouaiti County District Scheme",
should be addressed to the County Clerk and delivered at the
County Clerk's office on or before the 15th day of January
1967.

NOTICE OF PRIVATE BILL
ROYAL ANTEDILUVIAN ORDER OF BUFFALOES TRUST ACT
NOTICE is hereby given that Fred Walton, of Wanganui,
retired farmer, intends to present a petition to the House of
Representatives in Parliament assembled for leave to bring
in a Bill intituled "Royal Antediluvian Order of Buffaloes
Trust Act", the objects of which are to constitute a Trust
Board with power to acquire and hold upon trust the
property of lodges of the Royal Antediluvian Order of
Buffaloes Grand Lodge of New Zealand of the Grand Lodge
of England, and to provide for various incidental matters.
The promoter of the said Bill is the above-named
Fred Walton whose address is care of McBeth, Withers,
and Young, Solicitors, 23 Wicksteed Place, Wanganui, to
which address all communications and notices may be sent.
A copy of the Bill may be inspected at the above-mentioned
address.

the face of the advertisement.
All advertisements should be written on one side of the
paper, and signatures, etc., should be written in a legible hand.
STATUTORY REGULATIONS
Under the Regulations Act 1936, statutory regulations of
general legislative force are no longer published in the New
Zealand Gazette, but are supplied under any one or more of
the following arrangements:
(1) All regulations serially as issued (punched for filing)
subscription £3 per calendar year in advance.
(2) Annual volume (including index) bound in buckram,
50s. per volume. (Volumes for years 1936-37 and
1939-42 are out of print.)
(3) Separate regulations as issued.
