Amending Foreshore Licence Granted to Mizen and Delamore Ltd. at Mercury Island

Pursuant to the Harbours Act 1950, the Minister of Marine hereby amends the licence made on the 29th day of April 1966*, authorising Mizen and Delamore Ltd. to use and occupy a part of the foreshore and land below low-water mark at Mercury Island as a site for a cattle race by omitting the words “Mizen and Delamore Ltd.” and substituting therefor the words “Great Mercury Island Ltd.” wherever they may occur.

Ngataki Development Scheme Amending Notice 1966, No. 1

WHEREAS by virtue of the notice described in the First Schedule hereto the land described in the Second Schedule hereto is now subject to Part XXIV of the Maori Affairs Act 1953:

Now, therefore, pursuant to section 332 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, the Board of Maori Affairs hereby gives notice as follows.

  1. This notice may be cited as the Ngataki Development Scheme Amending Notice 1966, No. 1.

  2. The notice referred to in the First Schedule hereto is hereby amended by omitting all reference to the land described in the Second Schedule hereto.

  3. The land described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby released from Part XXIV of the Maori Affairs Act 1953.

  2. The notice referred to in the First Schedule hereto is hereby amended by omitting all reference to the lands described in the Second Schedule hereto.

  3. The lands described in the Second Schedule hereto are hereby released from Part XXIV of the Maori Affairs Act 1953.

  1. This notice may be cited as the Waipuna Development Scheme Amending Notice 1966, No. 2.

  2. The land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby declared to be subject to Part XXIV of the Maori Affairs Act 1953.
