THE NEW ZEALAND GAZETTE

Assignment of Foreshore Licence—Club-house and Hauling-out Area - Brown’s Bay, Auckland

PURSUANT to the Harbours Act 1950, the Secretary for Marine hereby gives notice that the licence granted to the Taiotea Boating Club Incorporated, on 2 February 1954*, to use and occupy a part of the foreshore at Brown’s Bay, Auckland, for the purpose of erecting and maintaining a club-house and hauling-out area, is hereby assigned to the Torbay-Taiotea Boating Club Incorporated.
