A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928 and the Town and Country Planning Act 1953, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the leasehold estate in the land described in the Schedule hereto, held from Her Majesty the Queen by Wilfred Ivor Poad, of Levin, linesman, under and by virtue of Lease No. 6A/236 recorded in leasehold certificate of title, No. C1/202, Wellington Land Registry, is hereby taken for the proper development or use thereof for industrial “C” purposes and for streets to be used in connection therewith in accordance with the District Operative Scheme in force relating thereto under the Town and Country Planning Act 1953, and the specified departure therefrom consented to by the Town and Country Planning Appeal Board on the 3rd day of February 1965; and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the Borough of Levin as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 7th day of February 1966.

WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 10 acres and 6 perches situated in the Borough of Levin, Wellington R.D., and being Section 46, Horowhenua Settlement.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 31st day of January 1966.

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 25 of the Public Works Act 1928, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for post office purposes (microwave repeater station); and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 7th day of February 1966.

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 20·7 perches situated in Blocks X and XIV, Mahurangi Survey District, North Auckland R.D., and adjoining or passing through part Allotment 15, Parish of Ahuroa; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 20036 (S.O. 44925) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.
