Declaring Land Taken for a Secondary School in Block II, Turanganui Survey District, and Previous Declaration Revoked

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works hereby revokes the declaration dated 26 May 1965, and published in Gazette, 17 June 1965, Volume II, page 979, taking land for a secondary school, and declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a secondary school from and after the 22nd day of August 1966.
