NOTICE is hereby given that land described in the Schedule hereto has been acquired under the Forests Act 1949 as permanent State forest land.

LOT 1, D.P. 26229, being part Section 4, Block V, Tiffin Survey District, Wairarapa South County: Area, 12 acres 3 roods 10 perches, more or less. All certificate of title D1/1452.
As shown on plan No. N. 161/2 deposited in the Head Office of the New Zealand Forest Service at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.

Comprised in part certificate of title 303, folio 262. As shown on plan No. S. 68/1, deposited in the Head Office of the New Zealand Forest Service at Wellington, and thereon edged red.

Classification of Roads in Rotorua County

PURSUANT to regulation 3 of the Heavy Motor Vehicle Regulations 1955*, the Commissioner of Transport hereby revokes the Warrants dated the 24th day of July 1950†, the 12th day of November 1952‡, the 28th day of October 1955§, and the 1st day of June 1961|| relating to the classification of roads in Rotorua County, described in the Schedule hereto, and hereby approves the Rotorua County Council's proposed classification of the said roads as set out in the said Schedule.

Broadlands Road:
Maraeroa Road:
Reporoa Road: (from No. 5 State Highway (Tirau-Napier via Rotorua and Taupo) to Broadlands Road).
Rerewhakaaitu Road:
Taui Street: (from Tauranga Direct road to Wikaraka Street).
Tauranga Direct: (from No. 5 State Highway (Tirau-Napier via Rotorua and Taupo) to County boundary).
Waikite Valley Road:
Whirinaki Valley Road: (from No. 30 State Highway (Te Kuiti - Whakatane via Atiamuri) to Waikite Valley Road).
Wikaraka Street: (from Taui Street to Reeme Street).

Roads Classified in Class Three

All roads under the control of the Rotorua County Council, other than those classified as Class II.

Classification of State Highway

PURSUANT to regulation 3 of the Heavy Motor Vehicle Regulations 1955*, the Commissioner of Transport, as required by the National Roads Board, hereby revokes so much of the Warrant dated the 8th day of June 1965† as relates to the State highway described in the Schedule hereto, and hereby declares that the said State highway shall belong to the class as set out in the said Schedule.

All persons who may be affected by this specification and who desire to comment thereon may, on application, obtain copies on loan from the Standards Association of New Zealand, Private Bag, Wellington C. 1.
