Declaring Land in the North Auckland Land District, Vested
in the Auckland Education Board as a Site for a Public
School, to be Vested in Her Majesty the Queen

BERNARD FERGUSSON, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to subsection (6) of section 5 of the Education
Lands Act 1949, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson,
the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and
declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, being
an area vested in the Auckland Education Board as a
site for a public school, shall be vested in Her Majesty the
Queen, freed and discharged from every educational trust
affecting the same, but subject to all leases, encumbrances,
liens, or easements affecting the same at the date hereof.

SCHEDULE

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT—MANGONUI COUNTY

ALLOTMENTS 28, 29, and 30, Town of Kaimaumau, situated
in Block IV, Rangaunu Survey District: Total area, 3 roods
14 perches, more or less (S.O. Plan 19246).

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand,
this 2nd day of August 1966.

Declaring Land in the Hawke’s Bay Land District, Vested in
the Hawke’s Bay Education Board as a Site for a Public
School, to be Vested in Her Majesty the Queen

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to subsection (6) of section 5 of the Education
Lands Act 1949, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson,
the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and
declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, being
an area vested in the Hawke’s Bay Education Board as a site
for a public school, shall be vested in Her Majesty the Queen,
freed and discharged from every educational trust affecting the
same, but subject to all leases, encumbrances, liens, or ease-
ments affecting the same at the date hereof.

HAWKE’S BAY LAND DISTRICT—WAIPAWA COUNTY

SECTION 4, Block X, Waipukurau Survey District: Area, 5
acres, more or less.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this

Wanganui Education Board as a Site for a Public School,
to be Vested in Her Majesty the Queen

Lands Act 1949, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson,
the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and
declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, being
an area vested in the Wanganui Education Board as a site
for a public school, shall be vested in Her Majesty the Queen,
freed and discharged from every educational trust affecting
the same, but subject to all leases, encumbrances, liens, or
easements affecting the same at the date hereof.

CANTERBURY LAND DISTRICT—GERALDINE COUNTY

RESERVE 2966 situated in Block III, Town of Arundel: Area,
3 acres, more or less (S.O. Plan 1280L).

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand,
this 2nd day of August 1966.
