Minister of Works hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement
to that effect having been entered into, the interest in the
land described in the Schedule hereto, held from Her Majesty
the Queen by Rata Toa, of Tokoroa, timber worker, and
Charlotte Toa, his wife, as joint tenants under and by virtue
of deferred payment licence, Volume 1422, folio 13, South
Auckland Land Registry, limited as to parcels, is hereby taken
for a teacher's residence from and after the 8th day of August
1966.
