Ltd (in liquidation), notice is hereby given, pursuant to rule 85 of the Companies (Winding-up) Rules 1956, that the liquidator has fixed the 31st day of July 1966 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to prove their debts or claims and to establish any title they may have to priority under section 308 of the Act or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before such debts are proved or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.

PUBLIC notice is hereby given that the Patea County Council proposes, under the provisions of the Public Works Act 1928, to take, for the purposes of a road, the parcels of land in the county of Patea, described in the Schedule hereto: and notice is hereby further given that the plan of the land so required to be taken is deposited at the office of the Patea County Council, Patea, and is there open for inspection; and that all persons affected by the taking of the said land should, if they have any well-grounded objections to the taking of the land, set forth the same in writing and send the same, within 40 days from the first publication of this notice, to the County Clerk, Patea County Council, Patea.
