Declaring Land Taken and a Water Supply Easement Over Land Taken for a Teacher's Residence in Block IX, Takapau Survey District

PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works hereby declares that, sufficient agreements to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a teacher's residence; and an easement for the supply of water is hereby taken for a teacher's residence over the land described in the Second Schedule hereto, vesting in Her Majesty the Queen full and free right, liberty, licence, and authority in perpetuity to lay, construct, place, and reconstruct, cleanse, repair, and maintain a line of pipes along, under, or over the said land and to convey water through the said pipes, such easement to be held appurtenant to the land described in the First Schedule, from and after the 18th day of July 1966.
