PURSUANT to section 439 (5) of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby revokes the Order in Council made on 1 June 1949 and published in Gazette, 16 June 1949, Volume II, page 1373, and affecting the land set out in the Schedule hereto.
