EVIDENCE of the loss of outstanding duplicate of certificate of title, Volume 747, folio 123 (South Auckland Registry), containing 1 rood, more or less, being Lot 4 on Deposited Plan No. 23442, being part of Koutu 1B, No. 2 Block, in the names of John Harold Blandford, formerly of Rotorua, mechanic, but now of Surfers Paradise, Queensland, Australia, hotel proprietor, and Alice Ruby Blandford, his wife, having been lodged with me, together with an application S. 346683 to issue a new certificate of title in lieu thereof, notice is hereby given of my intention to issue such new certificate of title on the expiration of 14 days from the date of the Gazette containing this notice.

APPLICATION 148191 having been made to me, pursuant to section 16 of the Roman Catholic Bishops Empowering Act 1954, to register the Roman Catholic Archbishop of the Archdiocese of Wellington as proprietor of those parcels of land hereinafter described in lieu of the present registered proprietors, notice is hereby given of my intention to register the said Archbishop as proprietor thereof unless a caveat is lodged by some person claiming the beneficial ownership of any estate or interest affected by such application on or before 23 August 1966.
