Tariff Notice 1966/50—Admission Under the British
Preferential Tariff of Goods From Countries Not Forming
Part of the British Commonwealth

ATTENTION is drawn to subsection 4 of section 11 of the
Customs Acts Amendment Act 1927 which provides that
applications for remission of duty on goods of foreign origin
MUST be lodged with the Customs Department before the
goods are entered for home consumption.
Failure to meet this requirement will mean that the applications cannot be considered.
