Deputy of the Governor-General

His Excellency the Governor-General has been pleased to constitute and appoint

The Honourable Sir Herbert Richard Churton Wild, K.C.M.G., E.D. AND BAR, Chief Justice of New Zealand, to be the Deputy of the Governor-General commencing at 9.33 a.m. on the 20th day of June 1966, and during the period of the temporary absence of the Governor-General from the seat of Government and from New Zealand.

Dated at Wellington this 20th day of June 1966.
