Copies of the proposed change have been deposited in the Town Planning Section of the City Engineer's office, St. Hill Street (where all inquiries should be made) and the Alexander (Wanganui) Public Library in accordance with section 22 (1) of the Act, are there open for inspection, without fee, to all persons interested therein at any time when the above places are open to the public.

Objections to the proposed change, or to any part of the change, shall be in writing in form E prescribed in the First Schedule to the Town and Country Planning Regulations 1960, and shall be lodged at the office of the Council at any time not later than the 8th day of August 1966.

At a later date every objection will be open for public inspection, and any person who wishes to support or oppose any objection will be entitled to be heard at the hearing of objections if he notifies the Town Clerk in writing within the period of which public notice will be given.

WANGANUI CITY COUNCIL

TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1953

Approved Change to the City of Wanganui District Scheme PURSUANT to the Town and Country Planning Regulations 1960, public notice is hereby given that the under-mentioned change to the district scheme, under the Town and Country Planning Act 1953, for the City of Wanganui was approved by the Council by a resolution passed at its meeting on the 13th day of June 1966.

No deferment was sought by the Minister or any local authority, and all objections relating to the change have been disposed of. No appeals have been made to the board.

The Council has also resolved that the undermentioned change shall come into operation on the 1st day of July 1966.

Copies of the change as approved have been deposited in the Council's office, St. Hill Street, Wanganui, and in the Wanganui Public Library, and may be inspected, without fee, by any person who so requires at any time when these places are open to the public.

QUEENSTOWN BOROUGH COUNCIL

TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1953

Conditional Use

PUBLIC notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 38A of the Town and Country Planning Act 1953 and the Code of Ordinances for the Queenstown District Scheme (Undisclosed), that the Council has received an application to establish a service station and garage on Sections 4/7, Block 4, Town of Queenstown, Stanley Street.

Any person who claims to be affected by the proposed use has the right to be heard by Council in person or by counsel and to call evidence in support of his contentions.

Any person desiring to object or support the proposal must lodge the same in writing with the undersigned not later than noon on Monday, 4 July 1966.
