Amending Foreshore Licence Granted to Auckland Water Transport (1964) Co. Ltd. at Takatu Peninsula
Pursuant to the Harbours Act 1950, the Minister of Marine hereby amends the licence signed on 27 October 1965 authorising the Auckland Water Transport (1964) Co. Ltd. to use a part of the foreshore and bed of the sea at Takatu Peninsula for the purpose of erecting and maintaining thereon a shingle conveyor jetty by inserting after the words "shingle conveyor jetty" the words "and mooring piles".

Te Kao Development Scheme Amending Notice 1966, No. 1
WHEREAS by virtue of the notice described in the First Schedule hereto the land described in the Second Schedule hereto is now subject to Part XXIV of the Maori Affairs Act 1953 and it is desired to vary the same:
Now therefore pursuant to section 332 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, the Board of Maori Affairs hereby gives notice as follows:
NOTICE
- This notice may be cited as the Te Kao Development Scheme Amending Notice 1966, No. 1.
- The notice referred to in the First Schedule hereto is hereby amended by omitting all references to the land described in the Second Schedule hereto.
- The land described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby released from Part XXIV of the Maori Affairs Act 1953.
