Allocating Land Taken for Railway Purposes at Rangiruru to the Purposes of a Road
BERNARD FERGUSSON, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section 226 of the Public Works Act 1928, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto shall, upon the publication hereof in the Gazette, become a road and that the said road shall be under the control of the Tauranga County Council and shall be maintained by the said Council in like manner as other public highways are controlled and maintained by the said Council.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land:

1 2 34 Part railway land in Proclamation No. 4250.
Situated in Block III, Maketu Survey District, Tauranga County (S.O. 42701).
As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L.O. 20011, deposited in the office of the Minister of Railways at Wellington, and thereon coloured orange.

Revoking Part of a Proclamation Defining the Middle Lines of the Avondale - Onehunga - Southdown Railway in Block IV, Titirangi Survey District

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby revoke the Proclamation dated the 7th day of July 1952, and published in the Gazette of that year at page 1175, and deposited in the Land Registry Office at Auckland as No. 13576, in so far as it affects part Lot 12, D.P. 38834 (C.T. 1022/10) (S.O. 37661).
As the same is more particularly shown coloured blue, on plan L.O. 20865, deposited in the office of the Minister of Railways at Wellington.

Declaring Land in the North Auckland Land District, Vested in the Auckland Education Board as a Site for a Public School, to be Vested in Her Majesty the Queen

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to subsection (6) of section 5 of the Education Lands Act 1949, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, being an area vested in the North Auckland Education Board as a site for a public school, shall be vested in Her Majesty the Queen, freed and discharged from every educational trust affecting the same, but subject to all leases, encumbrances, liens, or easements affecting the same, at the date hereof.

PURSUANT to subsection (6) of section 5 of the Education Lands Act 1949, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, being an area vested in the Hawke’s Bay Education Board as a site for a public school, shall be vested in Her Majesty the Queen, freed and discharged from every educational trust affecting the same, but subject to all leases, encumbrances, liens, or easements affecting the same at the date hereof.
