Revoking in Part a Proclamation Taking Land for a Public School and for State Housing Purposes in the Borough of Thames

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby revoke the Proclamation dated the 19th day of January 1962 and published in Gazette, 8 February 1962, Volume I, page 245, taking land for a public school and for State housing purposes in the Borough of Thames, insofar as it affects the land described in the Schedule hereto.
