LAND TRANSFER ACT NOTICES
NOTICE is hereby given that application having been made for the issue of a certificate of title, pursuant to section 3 of the 1963 amendment to the Land Transfer Act 1952, for the parcel of land described hereunder, such title will issue unless caveat be lodged forbidding the same on or before the expiration of one month from the date of the Gazette containing this notice.
Application No. 8336, by Percy Alexander McDowell, of Warkworth, storekeeper, for all that parcel of land situated in the Town District of Warkworth and known as No. 4 Kasper Street, Warkworth, containing 25 perches, more or less, being part Lot 3, Deposited Plan 25421, being part allotment 50, Parish of Mahurangi, and being part of the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 553, folio 1, North Auckland Registry (limited as to parcels and title).
