PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the leasehold estate described in the Schedule hereto held from Her Majesty the Queen by John Gerrie Aitken and John Whitefield Aitken, under and by virtue of Renewable Lease recorded in Volume 228, folio 80, Otago Land Registry, is hereby taken for a public school from and after the 31st day of January 1966.
