Land Taken for Road and for the Use, Convenience, or Enjoyment of a Road in Blocks XI and XV, Mount Robinson Survey District, Horowhenua County

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road and that the land described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the use, convenience, or enjoyment of a road; and I also hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the said Second Schedule shall vest in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Horowhenua as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 31st day of January 1966.

All those pieces of land situated in the Mount Robinson Survey District, Wellington R.D., described as follows:

Declaring Land in a Roadway Laid Out in Block V, Mapara Survey District, Waitomo County, to be Road

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to section 421 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto and comprised in a roadway laid out by the Maori Land Court by an order dated the 7th day of October 1919, to be road.
SCHEDULE
TARANAKI LAND DISTRICT
All that piece of land containing 1 acre 1 rood 8·6 perches situated in Block V, Mapara Survey District, being Rangitoto Tuhua 68M 3 Block; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 1963 (M.L. 814) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon edged pink.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 16th day of December 1965.

Pursuant to section 421 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto and comprised in a roadway laid out by the Maori Land Court by an order dated the 25th day of November 1964, to be road.

GISBORNE LAND DISTRICT
All that piece of land containing 1 acre 3 roods 8 perches situated in Blocks XV and XVI, Mangatu Survey District, Waikohu County, Gisborne R.D., and being part Puhatikotiko 5B 2A Block; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 20001 (M.L. 5597) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured pink.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 28th day of December 1965.
