Cancellation of the Vesting in the Strath-Taieri and Taieri Ridge Rabbit Boards of a Reserve and Vesting a Reserve in the Taieri Ridge Rabbit Board

Pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby cancels the vesting in the Strath-Taieri and Taieri Ridge Rabbit Boards of the reserve for rabbit board buildings described in the Schedule hereto, and further, vests the reserve described in the Schedule hereto in the Taieri Ridge Rabbit Board, in trust, for rabbit board buildings.

Declaration That a Reserve Forms Part of the Rotorua Domain

Revocation of the Reservation Over Reserves Specifying That the Land Shall Vest in the Mount Roskill Borough Council in Fee Simple and How the Value Thereof Shall be Utilised

Pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby revokes the reservation over the lands described in the Schedule hereto as reserves for the purposes specified at the end of the respective descriptions of the said lands, and further, declares that the said lands shall vest in the Mount Roskill Borough Council in fee simple provided that a sum equal to the current market value of the said land is paid by the Council into its reserves account, such moneys to be used and applied in or towards the improvement of other public reserves under the control of the Council or in or towards the purchase of other land for public reserves.

Revocation of the Reservation Over Part of a Reserve Specifying the Manner of Disposal and How Proceeds of Sale Shall be Utilised

Pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby revokes the reservation as a reserve for recreation purposes over the land described in the Schedule hereto, and further declares that the said land may be disposed of by the Invercargill City Council in such manner, at such price, and on such terms and conditions as the Council shall determine, the proceeds from any such sale to be paid into the Council’s reserves account, such moneys to be used and applied in or towards the improvement of other recreation reserves under the control of the Council or in or towards the purchase of other land for recreation purposes.

Reservation of Land and Vesting in the Takapuna City Council

Pursuant to the Land Act 1948, the Minister of Lands hereby sets apart the land described in the Schedule hereto as a reserve for recreation purposes, and further, pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, vests the said reserve in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Takapuna, in trust for that purpose, subject to the terms of an agreement between Her Majesty the Queen and the Takapuna City Council dated the 27th day of September 1965 a copy of which is deposited in the Head Office of the Department of Lands and Survey at Wellington as North Auckland Deed No. 5558.
