Kaikohe Borough District Scheme 1965 (Review) Approved

PURSUANT to the Town and Country Planning Regulations 1960, public notice is hereby given that the district scheme under the Town and Country Planning Act 1953 for the Kaikohe Borough district was approved by the Council by resolution passed at its meeting, held on the 18th day of April 1966, after all objections, appeals, and arbitrations relating to the scheme had been disposed of and the scheme had been amended to give effect to all objections and appeals allowed and all amendments of the district scheme required by the Board had been incorporated.

The Council has also resolved that the scheme shall come into operation on the 20th day of May 1966.

Copies of the scheme as approved, have been deposited in the Council’s office and in every public library in the district, and may be inspected without fee by any person who so requires at any time when these places are open to the public.

ONE TREE HILL BOROUGH COUNCIL

TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1953

District Planning Scheme 1953

PURSUANT to the Town and Country Planning Regulations 1960, regulation 32 (8), notice is hereby given that an application under section 35 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1953, by Northern Automobiles Ltd., for a consent to a specified departure from the provisions of the One Tree Hill Borough District Scheme having been duly considered and the provisions of regulation 32 complied with, the Town and Country Planning Appeal Board consents by permitting the applicants to use, as a conditional use, the land described in the Schedule hereto for the open-air display and sale of motor vehicles, subject, however, to the condition that not more than five vehicles at any one time are to be displayed.

SCHEDULE

ALL those parcels of land containing first, one rood twelve decimal six perches (0 1 12·6), more or less, being Lot 2 on Deposited Plan 27238, being part of Allotment 10 of Section 11 of the Suburbs of Auckland, and being all the land in certificate of title, Volume 694, folio 130, Auckland Registry, subject to building line K. 36177.

And secondly, eighteen decimal three perches (0 0 18·3), more or less, being Lot 1 on Deposited Plan 27238, being part of Allotment 10 of Section 11 of the Suburbs of Auckland, and being all the land in certificate of title, Volume 694, folio 129, Auckland Registry, subject to agreement as to Fencing in Transfer 299781.

Public Notification of Heathcote County Council’s District Scheme

PUBLIC notice is hereby given that pursuant to a resolution of the Heathcote County Council made on the 18th day of August 1964 a district scheme has been recommended for approval under the Town and Country Planning Act 1953.

The scheme relates to the whole of the Heathcote County.

The scheme has been deposited in the:

District Land Registrar Office, 116 Worcester Street, Christchurch.

Heathcote County Offices, 12 Wherstead Road, Cashmere.

Heathcote Public Library, Martindale Road, Heathcote.

Heathcote Community Centre, Curries Road, Hillsborough.

Dawson’s Stores Ltd., 127 Hackthorne Road, Cashmere.

J. Martin’s Store, Corner Valley Road and Cashmere Road.

in accordance with section 22 (1) of that Act and is there open for inspection without fee to all persons interested therein at any time when the above places are open to the public.

Objections to the scheme or to any part thereof shall be in writing in Form E prescribed in the First Schedule to the Town and Country Planning Regulations 1960, and shall be lodged at the office of the Council at any time not later than the 31st day of August 1966.

At a later date every objection will be open for public inspection, and any person who wishes to support or oppose any objections will be entitled to be heard at the hearing of objections if he notifies the County Clerk in writing within the period of which public notice will be given.

Public Notification of Waikohu District Scheme

PUBLIC notice is hereby given that pursuant to a resolution of the Waikohu County Council made on the 31st day of October 1963 a district scheme has been recommended for approval under the Town and Country Planning Act 1953. The scheme relates to the Waikohu County. The scheme has been deposited in the Waikohu County Council’s office, Te Karaka; the library at the War Memorial Hall, Matawai; the County Surveyor’s office, Cook County Council, Childers Road, Gisborne; and the office of the District Land Registrar; Gisborne, in accordance with section 22 (1) of that Act and is there open for inspection without fee to all persons interested therein at any time when the above places are open to the public.

Objections to the scheme or to any part thereof shall be in writing in form E prescribed in the First Schedule to the Town and Country Planning Regulations 1960, and shall be lodged at the office of the Council at any time not later than the 22nd day of August 1966.
