Social Security Act 1964—Maternity Notice

PURSUANT to section 112 (4) of the Social Security Act 1964, the Minister of Health hereby gives notice that pursuant to section 112 of that Act, Richard Terry Maidstone Caseley, M.B., CH.B.(N.Z.), M.R.C.P.(LOND.), of Milford Chambers, 249 Papanui Road, Christchurch, has withdrawn his notice that he is unwilling to afford medical services in relation to maternity benefits on the terms provided for in section 112 of that Act.

The maternity notice relating to the said medical practitioner dated the 8th day of November 1965, is hereby consequentially revoked.
