(in voluntary liquidation) held at the Auckland Chamber of Commerce Rooms, on Friday, 1 April 1966, that I, Gerald Stanley Rea, public accountant, of Auckland, was appointed liquidator of the above-named company. A committee of inspection was appointed at the meeting and the committee after examination of the company’s books of account have instructed me to proceed with the liquidation.
