Public Notification of Proposed Change to District Scheme
PUBLIC notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a resolution
of the Mount Roskill Borough Council made on the 5th day
of April 1966, a change to the district scheme has been recom-
mended for approval under the Town and Country Planning
Act 1953. The change is listed in the Schedule hereto.

The change has been deposited in the office of the Mount
Roskill Borough Council, Three Kings, and is there open for
inspection, without fee, to all persons interested therein at
any time when the above place is open to the public.

Objections to the proposed change or any part thereof shall
be in writing in form E, prescribed in the First Schedule to
the Town and Country Planning Regulations 1960, and shall
be lodged at the offices of the Council at any time not later
than the 3rd day of June 1966. (A suitable form for the use
of objections is available from the Council offices.) At a later
date every objection will be open for public inspection and
any person who wishes to support or oppose any objection
will be entitled to be heard at the hearing of objections if he
notifies the Town Clerk in writing within the period of which
public notice will be given.

1960, regulation 32 (8), notice is hereby given that Edward
Elrick, having applied under section 35 of the Town and
Country Planning Act 1953 for a specified departure from the
provisions of the Papatoetoe City Council Operative District
Scheme and having met the requirements of the Town and
Country Planning Regulations 1960, and having regard to the

Consented to a specified departure from the provisions of the
Papatoetoe City Council’s Operative District Scheme by

OHINEMURI COUNTY COUNCIL

Inviting Proposals for Ohinemuri County District Scheme
PUBLIC notice is hereby given that the Ohinemuri County
Council at its meeting held on the 13th day of February 1957
has resolved to prepare for the Ohinemuri County a dis-
trict scheme as required by the provisions of the Town and
Country Planning Act 1953.

Because previous submissions from local authorities and
Government Departments invited by the said Ohinemuri
County Council are considered to be out of date and need
revision, it has been deemed necessary to call for fresh sub-
missions.

Every person concerned and every local authority in the
district as defined by section 2 of the Act is hereby invited to
submit full information as to the proposals (including public
works) which, in his or its opinion, should be considered
in the preparation of the scheme.

Proposals marked “Ohinemuri County District Scheme”
should be addressed to the County Clerk and delivered at
the County Clerk’s office on or before the 8th day of
August 1966.

PURSUANT to the Town and Country Planning Regulations
1960, public notice is hereby given that the district scheme
variation for Edgware Road, Lot 30, Deeds Plan 89, was
approved by the Council by resolution passed at its meeting
held on the 18th day of April 1966.

The Council has resolved that the variation shall come
into operation on the 27th day of April 1966.
