EVIDENCE having been furnished of the loss of the outstanding duplicate of certificate of title, Volume 131, folio 137 (Otago Registry), in the name of Cecil James Steel, of Dunedin, tram conductor, for 39.4 perches, more or less, situate in the City of Dunedin being Lots 7 and 8, Block IX, Deposited Plan 490, and being part Section 36, Block VII, Town District, and application 298322 having been made to me to issue a new certificate of title in lieu thereof, I hereby give notice of my intention to issue such new certificate of title on the expiry of 14 days from the date of the Gazette containing this notice.
