Declaration That a Reserve be a Scenic Reserve and Appointment of a Scenic Board
PURSUANT to section 104 of the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby declares that as from 1 April 1966 the land described in the Schedule hereto shall cease to be subject to the Peel Forest Act 1926, and thereafter shall be vested in the Crown as a scenic reserve subject to Part IV of the Reserves and Domains Act 1953 to be known as Peel Forest Park, and further, appoints
The Commissioner of Crown Lands for the Land District of Canterbury, ex officio, who shall be Chairman;
