Land Set Apart as Provisional State Forest Declared to be Subject to the Land Act 1948

BERNARD FERGUSSON, Governor-General

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to subsection (2) of section 19 of the Forests Act 1949, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, acting on the joint recommendation of the Minister of Lands and of the Minister of Forests, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, being provisional State forest reserve set apart by Proclamation dated the 7th day of October 1930, and published in Gazette, 9 October 1930, Volume III, page 3122; by Proclamation dated the 1st day of December 1936, and published in Gazette, 3 December 1936, Volume III, page 2324; by Proclamation dated the 18th day of December 1952, and published in Gazette, 15 January 1953, Volume I, page 2, is required for settlement purposes; and in accordance with the provisions of the said Act such land shall, from and after the day of gazetting hereof, cease to be provisional State forest land and shall become Crown land available for sale, lease, reservation, or other disposition under the provisions of the Land Act 1948.

SCHEDULE

NELSON LAND DISTRICT—BULLER COUNTY

ALL that area of land containing 989 acres, more or less, being Section 13 and part Section 18, Block I, Waitakere Survey District. As shown on Plan No. 10/97/2b deposited in the Head Office of the Department of Lands and Survey at Wellington, and thereon edged red (S.O. Plans 7805, 10133).

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 1st day of April 1966.

PURSUANT to subsection (2) of section 19 of the Forests Act 1949, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, acting on the joint recommendation of the Minister of Lands and of the Minister of Forests, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, being provisional State forest reserve set apart by Proclamation dated the 20th day of September 1955, and published in Gazette, 29 September 1955, Volume III, page 1566 is required for settlement purposes, and in accordance with the provisions of the said Act such land shall, from and after the day of gazetting hereof, cease to be provisional State forest land and shall become Crown land available for sale, lease, reservation, or other disposition under the provisions of the Land Act 1948.

SCHEDULE

OTAGO LAND DISTRICT—CLUTHA COUNTY

SECTION 9, Block X, Tautuku Survey District: Area, 26 acres 3 roods 4 perches, more or less (M.L. Plan 235).

Declaring Land in the Westland Land District Vested in the Canterbury Education Board as a Site for a Public School to be Vested in Her Majesty the Queen

BERNARD FERGUSSON, Governor-General

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to subsection (6) of section 5 of the Education Lands Act 1949, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto being an area vested in the Canterbury Education Board, as a site for a public school shall be vested in Her Majesty the Queen, freed and discharged from every educational trust affecting the same, but subject to all leases, encumbrances, liens, or easements affecting the same at the date hereof.

SCHEDULE

WESTLAND LAND DISTRICT—WESTLAND COUNTY

RESERVE 189 situated in Block I, Kaniere Survey District: Area, 2 acres, more or less. All certificate of title, Volume 2b, folio 1468 (limited as to parcels), S.O. Plan 3509.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 1st day of April 1966.

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to subsection (6) of section 5 of the Education Lands Act 1949, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, being an area vested in the Otago Education Board as a site for a public school, shall be vested in Her Majesty the Queen, freed and discharged from every educational trust affecting the same, but subject to all leases, encumbrances, liens, or easements affecting the same at the date hereof,
