Crown Land Set Apart as Permanent State Forest Land

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section 18 of the Forests Act 1949, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby set apart the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto as permanent State forest land.

SCHEDULE
WESTLAND LAND DISTRICT—WESTLAND CONSERVANCY
RESERVE 2103 (formerly Rural Section 1483) situated in Blocks X and XI, Waimea Survey District, Westland County: Area, 56 acres 1 rood, more or less. As shown on plan marked 125/93 deposited in the Head Office of the New Zealand Forest Service at Wellington, and thereon edged red (S.O. Plan 2806).
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 20th day of December 1965.

Boundaries of County of Cook and County of Waiapu Altered

ORDER IN COUNCIL
At the Government House at Wellington this 18th day of January 1966
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL
PURSUANT to the Local Government Commission Act 1961, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby makes the following order.

ORDER

On and from the 1st day of April 1966 the area described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby excluded from the County of Waiapu and included in the County of Cook.

On and from the aforementioned date the area described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby excluded from the County of Cook and included in the County of Waiapu.

The alteration of the boundaries of the said counties hereinbefore made shall be deemed to have been effected under the Counties Act 1956.

FIRST SCHEDULE
ALL that area in the Waiapu County, containing an area of 780 acres, more or less, bounded by a line commencing at the north-western corner of Lot 19, D.P. 3395, in Block XIII, Tokomaru Survey District, and proceeding south-easterly generally along the western boundary of the said Lot 19 and its production across a public road, to and along that boundary and its production across a public road, to and along that boundary and its production across a public road to the north-eastern boundary of Section 1, Block XIII, Tokomaru Survey District, along that boundary to a point in line with the north-western boundary of Section 2, Block XIII, Tokomaru Survey District; thence northerly generally across a public road to and along the said north-western boundary to its northern extremity, along a bearing of 352°, distance 8400 links to the northern boundary of Lot 19, D.P. 3395; thence westerly along the said northern boundary and its production across a public road, to and along that boundary, to the point of commencement.

SECOND SCHEDULE
ALL that area in the Cook County containing an area of 1,044 acres, more or less, bounded by a line commencing at the north-western corner of Kopuatarakihī 1B 4 Block, in Block III, Uawa Survey District, and proceeding southerly along the western boundary of Kopuatarakihī 1B 4 Block to the south-western corner of that Block; thence easterly generally along the southern boundaries of Kopuatarakihī 1B 4 Block, the western, southern, and eastern boundaries of Kopuatarakihī 1A, to and along the southern boundary of Kaiaua No. 1 Block and its production across a public road to and along the said southern boundary and the eastern boundary of that Block to the sea coast; thence north-westerly generally along the sea coast to a point in line with the north-western boundary of Kaiaua No. 1 Block; thence south-westerly across a public road to and along the said north-western boundary and the north-western boundaries of Kopuatarakihī 1A and 1B 4 Blocks, to the point of commencement.

PURSUANT to the Local Government Commission Act 1961, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby makes the following order:

On and from the 1st day of April 1966 the area described in the Schedule hereto is hereby excluded from the County of Southland and included in the City of Invercargill.

The alteration of the boundaries of the said county and the said city hereinbefore made shall be deemed to have been effected under the Municipal Corporations Act 1954.

ALL that piece of land containing 67 acres, more or less, situated in the Southland County bounded by a line commencing at the north-western corner of Lot 4, D.P. 4356, and proceeding south-easterly along the south-western boundary of the said Lot 4 and that boundary produced to the middle of Findlay Road; thence north-easterly along the middle of Findlay Road to a point in line with the north-eastern
