In the matter of the Companies Act 1955, and in the matter of Antony’s (Canterbury) Ltd., in creditors voluntary liquidation, notice is hereby given pursuant to section 269 (1) of the Companies Act 1955, that at an extraordinary general meeting of the company duly convened and held on the 10th day of March 1966, the following extraordinary resolution was duly passed:

“That the company cannot by reason of its liabilities continue its business and that it is advisable to wind up voluntarily.”

And further at a meeting of creditors held pursuant to section 284 of the Companies Act 1955, on the 10th day of March 1966, Thomas David Craig, public accountant, Christchurch was appointed liquidator pursuant to section 285 of the Companies Act 1955.

Notice is also given pursuant to rule 85 of the Companies (Winding-up) Rules 1956, that the liquidator has fixed the 20th day of April 1966, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to prove their debts or claims and to establish any title they may have to priority under section 308 of the Companies Act 1955 or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their debts are proved, or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
