Import Control Exemption Notice (No. 1) 1966
PURSUANT to regulation 16 of the Import Control Regulations 1964*, the Minister of Customs hereby gives notice as follows:
- (a) This notice may be cited as the Import Control Exemption Notice (No. 1) 1966.
(b) This notice shall come into force on 30 March 1966. - Goods of the class specified in the First Schedule hereto, imported from and being the manufacture of any country, are hereby exempted from the requirements of a licence under the said regulations.
- The exemption from the requirements of a licence under the said regulations in respect of the goods of the classes set forth in the Second Schedule hereto included in the exempting notice shown in the Second Schedule is hereby withdrawn.

Cancellation of the Vesting in the Waitemata County Council of Part of a Reserve
PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby cancels the vesting in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Waitemata of that part of the reserve for recreation purposes described in the Schedule hereto.

PART Lot 578, D.P. 17816, being part Allotment 18, Waiwera Parish, situated in Block XII, Waiwera Survey District: Area, 17 perches, more or less. Part certificate of title, Volume 6C, folio 524. As shown on the plan marked L. and S. 1/1432 deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey at Wellington, and thereon edged red.

Revocation of the Reservation Over Part of a Reserve Specifying the Manner of Disposal and How Proceeds of Sale Shall be Utilised
PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby revokes the reservation over that part of the reserve for recreation purposes described in the Schedule hereto, and further, declares that the said land may be disposed of by the Waitemata County Council at current market value, the proceeds from any such sale to be paid into the Council’s reserves account, such moneys to be used and applied in or towards the improvement of other recreation reserves under the control of the Council, or in or towards the purchase of other land for recreation purposes.
