PURSUANT to section 269 of the Companies Act 1955, notice is hereby given that an extraordinary resolution was passed on the 23rd day of February 1966, pursuant to section 362 of the Companies Act 1955.
“Resolved, that in accordance with section 268c of the Companies Act 1955, that the company be wound up voluntarily”.
Notice is also hereby given that a meeting of the creditors of the company will be held in the League Hall, King Street, Papakura, on Monday, 28 March, at 2 p.m. to consider:

  1. Statement of company’s affairs and list of creditors.
  2. Appointment of liquidator.
  3. Appointment of committee of inspection if required.
