Declaring a Leasehold Estate in Land and an Easement Over Land Taken for an Employee's House in Block II, Piopiotea West Survey District, Taumarunui County

———

PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928 and section 61 of the Rabbits Act 1955, the Minister of Works hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the leasehold estate in the land described in the First Schedule hereto, held from Her Majesty the Queen by John Owen Craig, of Taumarunui, farmer, under and by virtue of Crown lease, Volume 101, folio 3, Taranaki Land Registry, is hereby taken for an employee's house and shall vest in the Tokirima Rabbit Board; and also hereby declares that an easement is hereby taken over the land described in the Second Schedule hereto vesting in the said board the full and free right, liberty, licence, and authority in perpetuity to lay, construct, place, reconstruct, inspect, cleanse, repair, renew, and maintain a line of pipes under, along, and across the said land and to use the said line of pipes for the unimpeded conveyance of water for domestic purposes to the said employee's house, such easement to be held appurtenant to the leasehold estate in the land described in the First Schedule hereto from and after the 28th day of March 1966.
