PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for waterworks and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Rotorua as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 28th day of March 1966.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby revoke the Proclamation dated the 29th day of May 1959, published in Gazette 11 June 1959, Volume II, at page 757, and registered in the Land Registry Office at Wellington as No. 434869, defining the middle line of a portion of the Wellington-Foxton Motorway in so far as it affects the land described in the Schedule hereto.
