Tariff Notice No. 1966/22—Application for Determination

NOTICE is hereby given that application has been made for the determination of rates of duty by the Minister of Customs as follows:

Any person wishing to lodge an objection to the granting of this application should do so in writing on or before 7 April 1966. Submissions should include reference to the application number, Tariff item, and description of goods concerned, be addressed to the Comptroller of Customs, Private Bag, Wellington, and supported by information as to:

(a) The quality, range, supply, etc., of the above-described goods produced in New Zealand; and

(b) The landed cost and selling price, including c.d.v., and cost into store in terms of f.o.b., insurance, freight, exchange, other landing charges, duty, etc., of equivalent goods of overseas origin.

*Approvals lapse on the dates indicated, the goods thereafter being dutiable according to their substantive Tariff classification. If continuation of an approval is desired for a further period, formal application should be made to the Collector at least one month prior to the date of expiry.
